Posted - 23 Jan 2012 : 2:45:26 PM i got mine apart with a bottle jack and some chain adn two pieces of steel bottl hack with speet spacer on the bottom of the strut.. chain atound the top of the ball joint and bottle jack.
jack up untill tight ... give hit with hammer. jack and it came off.
note.. undo nut but leave it level with top of ball joint so as to not break damage the thread on ball joint.

Posted - 25 Oct 2011 : 12:19:00 AM Get yourself 2 hammers and a bar, with a little bit of pressure between the strut and lower control arm put one hammer one side of the strut section that the joint goes through and smack the other side with the other hammer. Should do the trick buddy. Let us know how you go. Cheers |
