Hi all,

John from N.Q. I still have my VN S bought near new almost 20 years ago.

I've been able to refer to the info in this forum a dozen or more times through the years, and found it most useful (so thanks to all).

In these days where you can salary sacrifice a new car, fuel, rego etc for only a little more than it costs to keep the old car running perfectly, it's becoming harder to resist putting her to bed.

Thanks for the welcome fellas. From what I see around this town, P platers don't settle for anything less than a new or near new car. My first car was a VJ Charger, followed by a procession of Rotary's... I didn't mature into a Commodore until well into my 20's.

Parents just have too much money these days I guess.
