To remove the parcel shelf you need to first remove the rear seats.
To remove seats you remove the bottom section first by sticking you hand down where the seat belt bit come out of the seat, grab the seat and pull it up and towards the front.
Now the back section will have 2 bolts down the bottom one either side and once they are out slide the back section up to remove it from the hooks.
Now there should be a row of little clips on the front side of the parcel shelf. These can be a pain to remove, you get a screwdriver either side of the clip and pry them out.
Once they are out i think there are 3 screw type things on the top side of the shelf. I believe that they screw out.
Now i am not sure as to how the brake light is removed but i believe that you come in under it from the boot and there will be screws. Not 100% on that though. Now that should be it.
Sorry if any of this doesn't make sense i am still a little pifft |
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared. |

| ive got a set out of a 98 ish 3.5 v6 magna and on a stock motor and ecu will give more response and punch. after i got a sports exhaust, pod and a chiptorquechip, which in this case leaned the mixture instead of the powerchips which increase the fuel and is better for performance, it made a bigger differance but uses alot of fuel. my v6 with this setup is good for 350-400 kays out of a tank, driving sensibly with a few punches here thd there. so yeah they are good but make sure you get them ultrasonically cleaned and tested before wacking them in, which is quite an easy job all you need to remove is the fuel rails |
Cheers, Nodg. |

LOL!! Welcome to the site. I think most of us here are vnaholics but hey dont hold that against us!! I drove mine about 10 minutes ago. I need to get in as much driving time as I can in the old girl as it goes off the road in a couple of weeks (when rego is due) for a complete overhaul. Gonna be a 2 year project I thinks(well thats how long I am giving myself). I know it is going to hurt but it may get me off my lazy ass and get my other one going.
YAY i'm number 300 post!! He he he!! |
