Driving to work on thursday... along abernethy road. Guy in a little hyundai just goes straight around the corner onto the road with me less that 10 meter away... so obviously BANG crunched him, went over his bonet and skidded off over a kerb into some trees and bushes... So there goes front bumper and rear bumpers (both vs clubbys) both my passenger doors, indicator, all the internal panels from bonet back to door.. and scratches all down the side. Along with a rim missing lots of metal, and bent suspension that i replaced about 5 weeks ago!!
Then he turns around and says his insurance wont cover it and asked me to pay for it and him to pay me back!!!! Gee yes i have money just sitting around. D#*KHEAD!!!!
If only he looked a little better.. like a GOOD driver does, mine and his FRIENDS cars wouldn be smashed.
And theres my venting lol

| what a ****! so you got no cover? damn joogie! On the bright side I'll have my new vn in a few weeks so I'll be lookin for parts lol... glad 2 hear every 1 is ok, but a full bitch about the car dude damn! |

| I have 3rd prty cover with RAC but seein as it was his fault that doesnt come into it... he addmitted fualt straight away too. so apart from a buggered car im loosing 200 a day by not being able to get to work! hahaha mate u could have it for parts but im gonna fix it bad luck trizo lol i cant afford another car! so i gotta. In the meantime iv gotta go sue him, and source parts, then fix it, then get it past pits. Kinda hard workin 7am till after 5.. Man not in a good mood haha |

Really sucks mate- biiiig shame and can't imagine how you're feeling right now.

| well i have been considering changing the style of bodykit since i have to replace front and rear :P not to stoked in the VS clubby anymore to be honest. Would be fun to start a project, but as iv said unfortunately i dont have the money to fix it at all so im screwed lol |

| hahha kinda worried mate... :p na i have foto but on my fone atm.. ill load them up 2moz. the damage really doesnt look bad.. which is good. bad thing is that its worse than it looks underneath. i mean basically all the left hand side needs replacing to look like it did. i dont want bog thru my car haha |

| Joogie, neither of you need to have insurance. send him a letter of demand and a quote from a shop telling him to pay within 1 week other wise you will take him to small claims court, or if you have the 3rd party insurance, phone them up, tell them you have his details but he has no insurance, and they can cover any damages up to 5000 dollars then they will chase him for the cash........ as long as you got his correct details??? you should be fine, |

| Lol cutting and welding was my job. well until this morning anyway when i got fired for not being ble to get to work friday and saturday.. thanks nodg ill chase that up. sounds hopefull. cheers for all the help guys. |

Well since this has been brought back up.. ill try get some fotos up if i can bloody work out how to do it lol, but i mean the damage doesnt look all bad, just fender, bumper and doors.but damage inside and underneath is causing all the probs... so ur not gonna see a hell smashed car.
Feel sorry for the dude really, coz simply to get my old vn back to the way it was its gonna cost the best part of $4000. But then again guess that will teach him. Lucky for him i can do almost everything myself.. so i get it looking exactly the way i want again :P with mayb a few extra little features ;) |

| yeah a mate of mine got reversed into by a guy in a 4x4, straight into his front right hand side, just in front of the drivers door. the guys insurance is paying for it all but he's getting a bunch of stuff done that wasnt actually caused by the accident, like his drivers side electric window didnt work so now hes getting that repaired for free... lucky smegger |

| your luck this guy is so....... Im lost for a word. my father inlaw ran into a wb stato in Melbourne if the dirty bastard wasnt pervin he would have seen the truck drive through the intersection when it wasnt ment to. The insurance Claim turns up on his door step $4000 I cant pay it he tells the agent. still cant forget the poor little italian couples faces would have bought the car new too. in short he was shattered |
