does anyone know if a VN series 1 V6 manual flywheel will fit on a VN series 2 v6

Not sure on that one triz. I think you will find that it will. It was only the vn series one that had the different crank bolt pattern between auto and manual. The series 2 went to the eight bolt pattern like the series one manual. You will also need the tailshaft(the tailshaft is a different length between manual and auto but am not 100% between series 1 and 2 ), pedal box, master cylinder, cross member, center console surround and clutch cable. Just make sure you check the bolt pattern on the crank where the flywheel mounts up and the bellhousing pattern if these match up I believe you should be good to go. |
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared. |

sorry I must of misunderstood I thought you want to put a manual to a auto??? well basicaly its not as simple as bolting it all together! |

you can leave it all stock & put the manual in if you buy an aftermarket adaptor plate, but they s1 auto/manual did run different patterns. |

just to set you guys straight I wanted to put a series 1 manual box on a series 2 auto engine. it seems the days of holden keeping things standardised are gone |

i know that the s1 m fw does not fit to a s1 a motor. there both six bolt but the autos bolts are closer together. i found this out about 3 weeks ago. |

Don't try getting engine parts, the changed in every series and then some.
