This gorgeous Staffy X from the RSPCA. She slept the 2 hour drive home like this (lucky I drive auto)

She is 10 months old, her name is Kimba, but I don't know if I like it.
Shes still young enough to change it but I'm stuck on ideas...
A lady surrendered her after her daughters boyfriend dumped it at her house and she killed one of their cats

I've got an APBT... awesome dog- great with the kids and only ever gets upset at the right times.

My wife feels plenty safe walking at night with her on the lead ;) Just last night a she over heard a couple of blokes who had walked past talking about the dog...'did you see the ****en neck on that thing!!'

I typically run with her to keep her fit and lean, full of muscle.

Definitely has it's downside though- she's not the sort of dog who likes other dogs. Its not she gets aggressive but she gets awfully stressed and panics if she can't be with my kids all the time when they are at the beach or the park. Obviously with two kids, she can't be two places at once so she's skittish.

At home though... happiest, most placid dog. Puts up with a lot of stick from my young lads!

I used to have a red nose but it was far too angry- even as a pup- so had to give away to a good home.

It just couldn't be trusted with my kids and bit my other dog on the face so goodbye.

My brothers got 2 pups (brother & sister) and while they were playing with a ball one day the male (bo) snapped and they got into a massive fight and my brothers tried everything to get them apart but by the time they did it was too late and the female (Tye) died in my brothers arms on the way to the vet.
Every since Bo was super aggressive to other dogs.
Bo was a bull terrier X, he was all neck. He had to wear a harness as he slipped out of collars. He was put down about 6 weeks ago, his kidneys failed
heres a few pics of him @ 13

YES I know I am cruel...

Kimba has been okay so far. I think she is loving not being caged up.
She is not trained at all but I am taking her to obedience training once a week and shes been quite good with the dogs in her class (puppies lol)
She installed herself a doggy door in the fly screen while I was out and chased a cat up a tree that was higher than our 2 story house but other than that she is such a loving happy dog.
her doggy door-

Trust me this dog is spoilt! She sleeps with me in my bed, goes for 1 or 2 walks a day, comes for drives and really is like my shadow.
I think Kimba is crossed with some mastiff as she looks similar to toms dog who is mastiff x ridgeback.
Post pics of your dog! I love dogs, especially bull terriers.

Heres where Kimba sleeps.

I will try and get a good shot of her head.
