Rebuilt the bottom end to take some serious grunt. Custom tunnel ram style manifold, twin standard throttle bodies. Pod filters out bonnet :) Will post pics when can
I'm going to be doing a lot of custom work in the engine bay as well. Best place to start.
9/89 Executive model. My father bought it with 4000k as an ex demonstrator. Def has a better build quality to the run of the mill vn's. The original box gave out just under 400000km. Might have lasted longer without the rebuild. Hitting the limiter in 1st and shifting into 2nd. That killed 2nd after a few months :D Rebuilt stock box in for now until the manual.
