I got a bigger brake booster put in a month or so ago, and since then my a/c hasn't been working. Haven't noticed because the weather hasnt been to hot until recently. I've checked the wiring that that goes from the booster over to the a/c cylinder, and the a/c compressor relay, both are working fine.

On the a/c compressor, the pully spins freely, it does not engage.

I plugged in my computer and winAdld wont detect the switch being turned on.

any ideas?

Is the wire that engages the clutch intact?? With your car running get someone to switch the air con switch on and off and see if the clutch engages. The clutch is engaged when the very end of the clutch assembly is spinning with the car running.
If this does not engage check the circuit from the switch to the clutch making sure that there is continuity. If this circuit is good check the connections on the high and the low pressure switches( you should be able to find these by tracing your A/C pipe work)
Start with this and let me know how you go or if you have any problems.

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
