I want to get Comprehensive Insurance when I get my new car.
The quotes I have got so far for a 2001 Vx Commodore are between $1500 and $2300.
The car I am hoping to buy is $8700 (waiting for the call to pick it up) and $1500 a year seems really expensive for insurance.
My brother is 30 with a V8 Commodore ute and a TERRIBLE driving record and is insured for $900 a year. Its not fair!
I am 20, I've had my licence since March 07 and had no accidents or anything.
Does anyone know any insurance company that are good for drivers under 25?

You could try:

AAMI - They normally look after gals..
Budget Direct - Normally pretty good for insurance
or of course there is:
Google - Good starting point for cheap insurance

Cheers,

David

After my hours of googling Holden gave me a $1000 quote! That was heaps cheaper than the rest.

I got the new car now I need to sell my old one!

No, Its in the front yard with a big sign. I am going to put out near the main road (where its ok) to sell/ advertise your cars on Saturday and Sunday.
My goal is to have it gone within the month.
