hey everyone. i just bought a 1990 vn commodore series 2 (i think), this is my first car and i dont know much ab out it. It has cost me $2.300 with 7 months of rego, i l put the pictures up later. the bonnet is dented in a bit at the front bcoz of an azzident previous owner tboned someone and it smash in the front light and front bumper took most of damage, both of them will be replaced next week when i recisgter it too my name and put third party insurance on it. apart from the obvious body damage, it need a new exhaust (currently rusty pipe), it doesnt have any mechanical problem and air con works fine, apart from the fuel meter glitch sometimes doesnt show right ammount unless u tap it a bit, i think the power steering started to leak a little bit just now, this commie is basicly pretty clean inside and out, its done 164,000 kms and the engine sounds fine, the brakes are also in good condition dont squeek at all and car handles pretty easily. "aparently" it has never broken down and does not have a history over-heating. i will to it to be serviced bcoz its currently due for servicing at 166,000kms.
do you think it was worth it. let me know your opinion. thanks for taking your time.
mishah.
