Hey guys just wondering how many killometers i can get out of a vn series 1 engine before they need a rebuild , i got about 256 000 out of my vg ute before the bottom end bearing went on it cheers .

all depends on how you drive it

plenty of vns with 320+ ks around here running happily

we get customers where i work who have brought brand new cars with 9 on the clock then run them 65,000 overdue and then they need a new turbo or motor and bearings.

It's all how u treat them. The Buick 3800 as stock is a pretty disposable item though.

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

Just geting the ****s at replaceing everything on my ute , and the 304 v8 engines are a tough engine and i never had a problem when i owned my atlas grey vn ss .
