My VQ sometimes stalls or cuts out when driving at low rpms. It is like the idle step motor is faulty but we have changed that twice. Any help would be appreciated

Give the throttle body and iac a clean out with throttle body cleaner, tighnten the t/b nuts and make sure all vacuum lines are attacjhed and in good order. Start off with a bit of a clean up then assess the problem.
