Hi can anyone tell me why the Induction noise on my car has gone?
It happened just after I put the v8 throttle body on. Any help would be appreciated before I go out and buy a new TPS and IAC valve.
Thanks

Why do u want induction noise? and by induction noise do you mean the sucking noise as you have a pod or no air filter?

Yes the induction noise as in pod. There's not enough air going through which means there is less power. There is barely any air going through.

Check you have nothing blocking your air intake pipe.
Start from the filter box and work all the way back to the throttle body. Maybe replace the filter if it looks a bit suspect.
Then if that doesn't show any blockage, you might have to take off the throttle body and make sure nothing is blocking that area.
While you're at it make sure the throttle body is working properly and all parts of it move freely.
The final thing would be to check the inlet manifold itself to make sure nothing is wedged in between the throttle body and the manifold itself.
Hope this helps sort the problem out.

TDK its amazing

the sucking sound is the iac passing air around the throttle the V8 throttlebody most likely has the blade opened more than than the stock throttlebody hence why there is no noise i bet if you adjusted it up differently so its more closed or more open it will get the noise back its nothing major at all .follow the base idle speed adjustment procedure in the manual to reset the throttlebody blades to where they should be and the sound will come back
