Hey guys,
Just curious to know, do they all come out with the 5.7 or do they come out in a V6 as well?

The SS is only 5.7. No V6 option as far as I know |
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared. |

The VT had an optional supercharged V6, but have only ever seen one supercharged VX, and that was an S pack. It could be somebody did order it from the factory that way, but have never seen one with my own eyes |

AFAIK no such thing as supercharged vx, only vt, and they were awesome |
Just be thankful you got two legs to stand on and hands to grab sh*t with! |

Although if you wanted to build one, it would be a bolt on kind of deal including getting a memcal for it. Possibly heads, intake, pulleys, and the rest looks, from the outside, like a regular Ecotec |

the ss never came out with a v6 option of any kind. the factory doesnt have order codes for it either. someone may have put a sc v6 into a ss body or put a vxss kit onto a vt, but it certainly didnt come from the factory.

Then again, prototypes and factory mules, although regulations say they are meant to be destroyed, have been known to escape occasionally. Have yet to see one from Holden, but a friend of mine once had an '84 GSR Sigma. This is a sports version of the ordinary bog stock 2.6 litre. The factory codes say it was born with an auto. According to the Mitsubishi ID mainframe, this car has been identified as a staff factory mule. GSRs NEVER had an option for an automatic. Sometimes these "phantom cars" escape. |
