The prices can vary a lot for each part. I'm unsure about whether they will freight to NZ, but one of the cheapest overall is Supercheap Auto in Australia. It will vary with things like availability, but the website is www.supercheapauto.com.au
I did a quick search for a fuel pressure regulator, and the following is the link:

Having never bought one, I have no idea if this is any cheaper than anyone else's price, but bound to be cheaper than a Holden dealer.
