Well...since I own an exec that counts me out, but since I live so close to the station I might WALK up (if that's okay ) and check out the cars that are up there. Hopefully you'll get a fair crowd there.

Might I suggest that if you DO get a few people (more than 10) who do meet up there, that you might like to let the local cops know, just out of courtesy. That way if any locals ring up bitching about people meeting there then you've already got some good points with the local coppers.

If you've got that many cars, I'd certainly be calling the local coppers (Greensborough is the closest if you were wondering). It's also a good way to make sure that no one decides to rip it up in the carpark, I've been to a cruise with another car club and the cops were NOT notified, a few people were ripping it up and EVERY car there got inspected from bumper to bumper and mroe than 75% of them ended up with nice little yellow stickers.

You let the cops know that you're going to be there, and by and large they will not be too tight, they will only go after people who are being dicks. Just a way to avoid unwanted trouble. You can expect that a patrol car will roll through the carpark at about 10:20 if you do let them know, they just like to have a look.

Sounds like you'll have a good turn out. Let's hope for lots of sunshine.
