Has it got spark?? Has it got fuel?? Have you checked all fuses??
after you have done what VNSVLE said if its still not going i noticed you have changed the dizzy i had the same problem with a vq when i put the dizzy in it wasnt at the right spot and the timing was off and wouldnt start once i turned the dizzy a bit it started

it starts now the problem comes and go's all the fuses are good and when it does not start the engine light wont come on there for no spark no power for fuel pump no go
With this kind of bug, you might have to trace the wires one by one. Intermittent ëlectrical/electronic faults like this tend to be caused by: -Bad connections -Corrosion in the wiring -Fraying in the wiring. For example, if a wire is meant to have 50 strands, and only 20 of them are connected, this will create resistance. Resistance wreaks havoc particularly on electronics, so look around for the obvious stuff. Clean fuse and other connectors, check for any loose ocnnectors, and make sure any earth leads have a good solid connection
