In short, yes it's possible, but it takes a bit of fiddling around to get it right.

From memory there are electric windows, electric mirrors, the L3 dash cluster and the climate control.

The electric windows are probably the easiest of the lot, followed by the electric mirrors.

The L3 cluster requires you to add an extra connector to the wiring loom in the dash (which isn't too bad if you know which end of the soldering iron to hold). To go with the conversion to the L3 cluster you will also need to change the switches on the cluster surround so that you can actually use the LCD readouts properly.

From what I've been told, the climate control is a real prick of a job. For no other reason than that there isn't much room in there.

I know a lot of people have moved the electric windows into their execs, and the L3 cluster is a popular mod too. I don't know too many people who have actually gone to the trouble of doing the climate control upgrade though.
