Hey everyone, it would be great if someone could fix me up with some answers to these questions.
1.What are the requirements to pass a blue slip roadworthy? (I only need a basic list)
2.After my car pass's how long do i have to get my car registered?
3.I bought my car privately, and i got a receipt stating: My name, how much i paid for the car, the car type, vin number, signed by the person who sold it. What else is needed on the receipt to get the car registered? Is a receipt and roadworthy certificate all i need to get it registered?
Sorry for all the questions, its my first car. Please answer them as best as possible :)

lights, indicators, brakes, reverse lights, tyres, horn, exhaust, handbrake, rubbers under the car eg control arm rubbers upper and lower things like that depends on were you live but check the height of the car and the steering wheel if it is stock make shore it doesn't move in your hand and no cracks in the windscreen ,
rwc and proof of ownership with id will be enough ,and it should say how long you have to get the rego on the rwc
if i have missed anything fell free to say what it is but that's a basic list mate |

Thanks for all the help, while were chatting, you wouldn't know a ruff cost to cut out a resonator & replace it with just a long pipe, and then get a cannon installed on the end? (already have the cannon) |

yer mate about $90 to get it cut off and a straght pipe put on so if you have the cannon i would say they would put it on while they are there for an extra $10 |
