just recently replaced the engine, car tries to start but wont fire its getting fuel to the rail but no fuel into the cylinders has spark fuel pump is fine, im stumped :( anyone had this problem before ?

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared. |

| nah mate, are you also on squared arches? iv only just dropped the motor in and bolted it up put oils etc in and tried firing it and nothing just trys to start fuel is going through the rail but the injectors arnt pulsing so fuel is getting into the cylinders. |

| sounds like a CAS problem if your getting fuel and its just not kicking over, VNSVLE knows heaps about these motors mate so your in good hands, |

| yeah sweet, i still have my old motor sitting there so i might take the cas off and put it on this one and see if that fixes the problem |

Yep over at Squaredarches as well buddy. Crank angle sensor should throw a code which means your engine check light will be on. Code 41 I think. Check your EFI relay and injector wiring just to make sure there is not something you forgot to connect. Cheers |

got it working, i got a mate to plug the wiring loom into the computer and one of the little white plugs got hidden behind abit of plastic i got under and sussed out the loom and noticed a plug was missing, fired up thanks christ! haha thanks for the help.
also since i have a 5 litre throttle body, my engine light is always on ? |

| that would just be the tps on it mate just change it over with a v6 one and the light will go off, glade you got it all sorted |

| so now the car is starting, as soon as you give the car a little throttle it sorta missfires and trys to die :( |
