so its not charging?
when you had the engine upgrade done did you get rid of the whole wiring harness? I had the same sorta problem when I did my engine conversion, mind you it wasnt a ecotech! What it was, I used the original wire harness wich had the alternator plug on it, and the battery harness from the new donk wich also had a alt plug, now it all connected up fine and run sweet for about 5 mins then all dead! Cause I had a spare alt wire it wasnt charging the battery, I basicaly run that wire direct into the alt wire that was already plugged in, it was sweet as then I actualy had charge! This might be way of your problem but woth a look!

PS.. welcome to the site m8!

What voltage is the alternator charging at?? Should be between 13.8 and 14.2. It almost sounds as though your voltage regulator is shot. What brand is the alternator?? Depending on the brand it should really be a straight forward replacement.

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
