Taking my car to be lowerd this week,with the new 15 inch ceptor wheels,and a 65 tyre profile,i was wanting to get it as low as possible,so wheels are up in arches,but not too low, that i bottom out everywhere,can someone reccomend a spring pattern code or number,to get this look.I am sure someone has got a vn here that looks the goods with ceptor wheels....If so,could u post a picture so i can look... After a few phone calls to various places,prices ranged to $705 supplied and fitted,lowerd 2 inches... (new springs,plus rear shockers)......Rang a guy who fitted my new ceptor wheels last week,he has just bought a workshop,connected to his tyre buisness... Supply pedders springs & shockers,fitted,$540......... If anyone wants his number,pm me,and i can point you in the right direction for some great tyre prices and from september 1st,mechanical repairs......Located in S.E. melbourne...... Cheers........ |

| What shockers were they? I paid $700 for my pedders sports ryders lowering shocks and that was just the shocks alone. got them from a pedders franchise in bendigo |

| if you work it out thats 50 dollars for each spring, 50 for each shock, thats 400 bucks with 140 labour (2 hours). i cant beat that price and 99% of the people out there wont, must be an opening special as he would be just about losing money on that deal. |

Im not 100 percent what im getting in brand and quality,i told him its just my work car,and was not after anything special, just wanted it dropped 2 inches,but he assures me there all pedders stuff,so until september 1st,i wont know,but i will call in and see him,and get the actuall brand code,or part number if you like.......The same thing from pedders,with labour,was $705.... Cheers........ |

Two inches won't tuck 15s into the guards I don't think. Really you can't tuck 15s and still have good ground clearance.
It will look heaps better but won't do exactly what you want it to do mate. |
