Hey guys i have yet 1 more problem lol as subject refers 2 my dash light fuse keeps blowing what is the main cause of this and how can i fix it (obviously something is earthing out but i cant find what it could be **fuse was more melted then blown haha** i had just put in an alarm but have had it running but i think only during the day :S i cant be 100% sure could it be where my alarm is earthed 2 ??
Don't quote me on this but run back over your wiring with a multi meter with the engine on and off, you should be able to see some sort of voltage spike with the engine off. In saying that make sure when you had your alarm installed that the wires it was hooked up to can handle the voltage/current, because if they cant they will heat up at the fuse box causing some damage to the fuse box itself or to the main fuse it is affecting, so in all reality you would start with the main wire that is running to your dash ..
