hi guys im new to vncommodore.com so dont know much about this stuff i have a vn series 2 and there is a ticking noice under the bonet it sounds like a clunking noice and then when i get out and open the bonnet all i can here when i put my ear for a listen all i here is the injectorscan anyone help me?
r u still having problems? i've never heard an injector make a clunking noise, if it is a definate clunk it wont be injectors.injectors is the ticking noise when you open the bonnet.
if you cant hear it under the hood but can while sitting in the drivers seat with the door open my moneys on that the ticking is coming from under the car, either the exhaust or transmission. Then again its hard to diagnose 'ticks' and clunks' over the net so maybe exlain the noise and situation a bit more?
