I have a radiator that seems to be leaking where the core is joined to the end flange which is joined to the tank is this a common problem on VNs

hey dude i got the exact same problem right now and second time round. un fourtunatly they cant be fixed as there machine pressed. i suggest getting a reco'd one from the wreckers i cant remember how much i bought my last one for but like 60 i think

Take it sideways or take it home ;)

undo the 4 clamps holding the 2 radiator hoses to the radiator/motor, push and wiggle the hoses and do up the clamps again real tight. If that fails take the hoses off and inspect the ends while squeezing the hose, they will be cracked, easy fix is to get new hoses and clamps but i like to see if things can be fixed on the cheap first !!
