Welcome to the family buddy!!
From the sounds of it the next step would be head work to get it breathing a bit better. Other than that MORE CUBES!!!! :)

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

The corvette servo and a set of 3.45-3.9 diff gears will be the go mate. What tune do you have? have you checked base timing and done all preventitive maintenece stuff like oil leads filters etc?
What have you done handling wise? you can make a vn really nice to drive by adding lowered shocks, springs, strut brace, new nolwthane bush's, wde wheels, etc...

Another thing if you have all this work done to your motor your best off getting the clutch \packs and bands replaced with beefred up components as the stock th700 wasnt string as it is with the stock donk going flatout around every corner :)

Maybe get back to us with a full set of specs of your beast.

Cheers,
Nodg.

There's the other stuff, like tweaked injectors, ported heads, free flow exhaust (it is possible without stepping over the noise limits) If the memcal is already set up for the cam, sometimes you can get a minor powe increase on top by "tightening" the engine harness; making sure every last sensor, coupling, connector to anything electrical on the engine has solid connection.I know it sounds like commonsense that most people would have "done anyway" but a mate of mine found out that on a VL and a VN. Had some corrosion he didn't see on the injector sensors and the ignition, and gained an easy 10kW. Sometimes this stuff isn't obvious until you start going over it with a fine tooth come, looking for more.

VN heads already flow 460 HP so I wouldnt both with that other than 3 angle grind.
Depending on your memcal hopefully it wasnt a Ebay one.. get a real street tuned one or dyno one done from a person that knows what they are doing.
Cold air intake is it one that goes over the radiator if yes get rid of it a drill a 4 inch hole through the guard and bring the tubing to the front of the bumper... it helps a bit.
Other than that stroke it to a 383.
