Sound like the IAC (idle air control) valve maybe a little dickie. Get some throttle body cleaner and give the throttle body a good clean out(this is best done with the throttle body removed) making sure all little holes are clean and then give it a test.
If this does not help your cause test the IAC valve with a multi meter. These are the readings you should be getting - (Pins are from the left with the tab for the clip at the top) Reading left to right you have pins A, B, C and D. A-B = 40-80 ohms, C-D = 40-80 ohms, A-D = open circuit (or OL on most meters) and B-C = open circuit.
If these readings are correct your IAC valve should be good electronically if not it will need replacing.
If it tests all ok remove the IAC valve and make sure that the pintle shaft is not seized. Before putting it back in make sure that you check the measurement from the mounting face of the IAC valve to the tip of the pintle. This should not be over 28mm. If it is over this measurement push the pintle towards the valve body while moving it slightly side to side until it retracts to less than 28mm.

See how you go with that and let us know how you go
Cheers
Wayne

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
