Hello , Welcome to the site mate , The standard SS interior is similar to the executive in spec. only an observation from the SS I've been in , with a bit of red piping and seat inserts thrown in for looks. Then again with the price , anything a with Sporty flavor that's not available on another model tends , to be sought after and attract a bit more in dollars. I would not say a huge amount though as more up market models like the VN HSV's interiors are starting to get big bucks for a good set. If your happy with the SS interior hang on to it. They look great. Cheers. |

thanks mate, yeah i probably will keep the interior how it is, unless i can get a cheap VT interior which the SS stuff will then go into storage in case somebody decides they really want it one day. thanks again |

One thing you have to remember about the VTs; the driver's seat is a powered one. The controls to raise, lower and tilt it are electric servos. Also, the trim up the sides of the seat have fairly fragile clips that hold them on. The pockets at the back of them tend to break off on the top mounts. All easily fixed, but bear it in mind in setting up VT seats in a VN |

The value of a good set of ss seats could go up , as with most things that are rare for Holden's in general. a couple of members here have done the VT front buckets conversion. The rail or the mounts will need some mods as they are a bit different. I have a VT electric drivers seat and am still scratching my head how to fit it. lol. |

Also there is a difference between series 1 and series 2 seats. Series 2 seats have a bit more of a sporty look to them and anyone looking for ss seats tend to go for these one's over the series 1. Post up some pics buddy!! Cheers |
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared. |

Once you get the seat bolted down, you should "map" the wiring for those electric servos.Once the "wiring map" is complete, use the connectors from a VT harness to rig up power to the seat. Would consist of an ignition-fed power supply, a couple of relays and I guess (am unsure) a couple of 25 or more amp fuses to protect those circuits. All you would really need of the VT harness is enough of the connectors to the seats to allow you to wire it up without butchering the connectors on the seat itself.

To the best of my knowledge, all the "S Pack" changes were to do with trim and suspension. FE2-spec front end |

All cop cars came with it as standard equipment. Not HSV spec, but definitely better than stock VN |

From my understanding FE2 is just equivalent to low in suspension terms. Also I have heard of some having the V8 brakes in them |
