Change the K frame (main crossmember bits) the engine bay harness, the ECU and possibly the rear crossmember, where the back of the ransmission mounts |

You are only doing the box aren't you?? |
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared. |

Sorry, misread that. First thing you would likely have to do is fabricare an adaptor plate. Unusure about how the torque converter would hook up to the flex plate/flywheel |

Not worth the hassle, why would you want to? V6 boxes are cheaper than a night on the piss |
Just be thankful you got two legs to stand on and hands to grab sh*t with! |

a v6 auto is exactly the same as the v8 box, same ratios, same cluthx packs and just as strong as a v6 auto. not worth the effort if you think it will be a better box lol |
Cheers, Nodg. |

@Curious have you already got the v8 box or are you looking at getting one?? The V6 version of this transmission has a different bolt pattern than the V8 version. So no the V8 box will NOT fit a V6. Converters are interchangeable. Some of the V8 crowd like to use the V6 converter as it has a slightly higher stall and is a cheap mod. |
