I've been looking at fitting a CB/UHF combo to the VN, and I was thinking about using that useless little pocket that's under the head unit. The uniden UH090 is what I'm looking at.

You can get a DIN mounting bracket for it, so I know that it will physically fit, that's not the issue. What I want to know is if it will cause any issues with the RCA cables running from the headunit sitting above it? I'd really rather not spend my money to find out that I can't put it there and still have good SQ from my sound system. I've got other alternative mounting spots, but this would be my first preference.

Anyone got a 2-way radio sitting in there?
