Bad news for you, the resistor PACK (it's a single unit and needs to be replaced as a whole unit) is located UNDER the black plastic guard that the windscreen wiper drive shafts stick through.

To get at it you need to remove your windscreen wiper arms, then undo the large plastic nuts that are around the wiper spigots. Then GENTLY unclip all the little clips holding the leaf guard, remove the weather strip from it and lift it away. A lot of people break it when they do it. So you've been warned, it IS brittle.

As a hint to getting your wiper arms off, get either a nail or an old wire coat hanger. Open the bonnet, lift the wiper blade off the windscreen and poke the nail (or coat hanger) through the 'locking' hole on the up-side of the wiper arm, right near the hinge. This makes it much easier to get it off once you've undone the nut.

Once the leaf guard is off, the resistor pack is located more or less level with the throttle body, undo the screws holding the dome down and unclip it so that you can get the resistor pack out.

Best of luck with it.

Nah...bugger that...do it yourself.

You can get someone to do it if you really don't want to do it. It's not too tough to do it, just take it easy and you'll be fine.
