I've got a Series II V6 motor, it's not getting any oil to the top of the motor. I don't know what my oil pressure is as I don't have the tool to check. I don't have the oil light come on my dash cluster when the motor is running. And i've just done a full service on the motor running 15W40. The motor has been ticking of late, so I have put in Nulon's 'Stop Engine Tick' into the oil. It has stopped ticking at idle, but when I rev the motor I can still hear some ticking. Could it be the oil pump? Ta.

Why do you think you are not getting any oil to the top end??
The ticking noise sounds like it could be a crook lifter.
Also the injectors make a little bit of a ticking noise although not excessive.
If you had no oil pressure in the case of a dead oil pump your car would not run for very long before catastrophic failure so I would almost certainly rule out the oil pump.
How loud is the ticking??
Could you post up a video??

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

Everything inside of the Rocker cover's look's dry as a bone. With the motor running there isn't any excess oil inside the rocker cover's either. Just got me a little worried :P

Hmmm hard to say really. Initially it just sounds like standard injection noise but then it sounds a little different.
Cant say for sure on that one sorry. Hopefully someone else can shine some light on the situation.
As for the lack of oil top end there wont be a whole lot of oil up in that region anyway.
Have you had the rocker covers off??
