I have all ways found with the front bumper the easiest way to remove and put back on is to take the front side panels of the car, you have clear and easy accsess that way!

Do you mean the front guards triz??
Should just be a matter of putting the car on ramps, undo the 4 bolts that hold the reo bar to the chassis. Then it would be a good idea to get a hand to slide it off and then to put the new one back on. Make sure you are careful not to break the mounts on the sides. May even be an idea to get a new set as they are reasonably brittle.

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

thats it the front gaurds lol, and at least if you remove them you have no chance of breaking the mounts!

Should not break the mounts either way unless you are overly rough. Should just slide off the side mounts with out any problems.
