who here has got Vanition blinds in their back window how much did they cost you? did you get rid of any window tint fist?

veneition blinds?? dont they hang in your house and run vertical not horizontal... Do you mean the sun guard that goes over the back window?

nah there like ones from houses I'm not talking about the plastic black cover that goes on the outside these go on the inside and look sik seen them on vl and vn's

ive seen them on some cars...my dad had them on his old vn wagon he hd years ago...haven't seen them in a while though

yeah they were in 50's cars mostly but I've seen them in heaps of vn 5ltr's and think they look good

oh you mean the ali blinds!! If they are then that is fairly nostalgic...What on earth would make you want them? your not 50-60yr old are you lol (jks) each to there own I guess.

yeah i know i just was thinking about them i posted it to get an opinion i probably should just stick with window tint darkest legal don't want to be pulled over by the cops all the time.

I agree with Trizo. Sorry Leebo, but those vanetion blinds look pretty sad! But as Trizo says, each to there own. I think you will find that if you do get it done to your car, a couple of years down the track you will ask yourself "what was i thinking?!?!" lol. Good luck with making the "right" decision buddy.

I've seen them on evil bay new for around $200.
I have one in the my VN V8 berlina, I WOULD NEVER REMOVE IT.
Ive just had my windows re-tinted, darkest legal, & you can hardly see the v-blind :-)
The only thing that annoys me about it, is it rattles on gravel roads a bit.
Also, they are very easy to see through, ie, they don't block your rear vision.

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
