After two years putting up with a car stereo that would only pick up AM radio, and finally refuse to play CDs (at first, it would play 'em when it felt like it) I finally decided to replace this hunk of junk LG unit. For once, my VN didn't throw anything curly at me! no arguments of any kind, just yanked out the old one, snipped its tentacles off the harness, and soldered on the new ones. The old one was so bad, you couldn't even read the display anymore. I had vaguely thought of letting my car crushi it under the righ hand rear tyre, but opted for drop kicking it into the bin. I don't know about you people, but for me, a car radio is for music, not listening to the footy.
