V8 Tacho will not work with V6 unless it has been modified to do so.
Cheers

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

Hmm seems like a nasty wiring fault. Have you cut and shut any of the harness when you did the conversion??

There would have to be a fault in your wiring harness then. Maybe take your cluster to someone who can test it for you to completely rule it out as being faulty

I'd gladly push my holden than drive a bloody ford!

Unless you know someone nearby, I do know someone whom can test and/or recondition it for you. They're called Howards Instruments. It's an inner suburb of Melbourne. When I explained how I'd want mine reconditioned, they rattled off all the various things that go wrong with them, and yes, they can do that for me. Their website is www. howardsinstruments.com.au
